A Stroke of Fate website now fulfilled
The official website for Akella's historical thriller A Stroke of Fate is now online, but like the skilled spy the game requires players to be, you're going to have to work to uncover all of its secrets.
In A Stroke of Fate, players assume the role of a special agent sent to Germany in the 1940s to penetrate Adolf Hitler's inner circle and ultimately plan his assassination, all under the ever-watchful eye of the Gestapo. Players will explore authentic locations like the Gestapo headquarters and Hitler's private study while encountering recognizable characters, including Himmler, Goebbels, and the Führer himself.
The new website includes a cinematic trailer and plenty of information about the game, including background profiles on several of the game's key figures. To access it all, however, you'll need to solve a few small interactive puzzles, acquiring gears and changing fuses for new levels of information.
A Stroke of Fate is due out before the end of the year in Russia, but there's been no word as yet on an English language release of the game.
