Now that the floodgates are open, the new adventures just keep flowing on the Nintendo Wii. The next in line is the The Hardy Boys: The Hidden Theft, as announced today by JoWood and The Adventure Company.
The Adventure Company is no stranger to the Wii, having already released a port of And Then There Were None, with a second Agatha Christie mystery and Sam & Max: Season One currently in production. Now the company turns its sights to the popular teen sleuths, who will debut on the PC in the fourth quarter of this year. The Wii version is currently scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2009.
Meanwhile, JoWood also hinted at branching out into DS adventures, claiming the system has been "evaluated as another potential platform for adventure brands". While no specific titles were mentioned, the fact that the handheld even merited official mention should be enough to start speculation about which pocket-sized adventures may soon be on the horizon.
