The Phoenix is officially on the loose again, as The Adventure Company announced today that EVIDENCE: The Last Ritual has now shipped to retailers across North America.
Like its predecessor MISSING: Since January (In Memoriam in Europe), the new game once again tasks players with trying to catch a sadistic serial killer. Unlike standard adventures, however, in EVIDENCE the killer will also be playing games with you. The Phoenix has captured another victim, and he tests, challenges, and dares you with a series of puzzles and clues both offline and through the Internet. As you investigate further, you'll track the killer's path through various cities in North America and Europe with the assistance of fictitious characters who email helpful information to you.
Given the subject matter, EVIDENCE: The Last Ritual is not for the faint of heart, and comes with a "Mature" rating.
