Tony Tough and the Night of the Roasted Moths is a comedy 2D point-and-click adventure. It was released in a few European countries, but is now coming to the US thanks to Got Game Entertainment picking up the publishing rights. Gamershell.com has posted an interview with the creators.

Correction: I previously made a huge typo by writing 'not coming' instead of 'now coming'. Tony Tough IS coming to the US and will be published by Got Game. Apologies!
