Arabian Nights review

Adrenaline Vault has posted a review of Dreamcatcher's action/adventure Arabian Nights, and gives it a score of 3/5. Here's an excerpt:

Fantastic magic plays an important role in Arabian Nights. At the outset, you have just one ring to perform the Firebird Spell. As you complete tasks, you receive other rings, such as the Ring of Lightning. These other rings, shown on the bottom right of the gameplay screen, unlock three new spells; you may sensitively control the strength of each spell you cast. To replenish your magic levels, you may drink the vials of magic you collect during gameplay, which are stored in the inventory. Unfortunately, there is not a ton of difference between the way magic spells work and the way weapons work to aid you in your numerous challenges, and thus the distinctive advantages of using spells to complement your weapons are somewhat squandered.
