I love it. And I want BoUT 3 asap.
Some of great choices were mentioned here, especially the usual suspects from LucasArts, Telltale, plus Toonstruck, and Zork: GI. All of those are triumphs, and have me chuckling whenever for some random reason I remember a particularly well-written or -delivered line, even years after playing them.
The game that made me laugh altogether the most times, and the loudest, though, must be Time, Gentlemen, Please!. Double points for being mainly (though not exclusively) based on very adolescent type of jokes, revolving around all matters sexual, scatological, etc., which is normally so not my type of humour. But this game is so brilliantly anarchic and irreverent that it transcends its type and shows there is indeed exception to every rule.
My favourite part is probably the manic reaction of Dan, when he temporarily becomes the player character. Hysterical!

I agree with Time Gentlemen, Please and liked Been There Dan That as well. I was constantly tickled with their hopping around on their bandy little stick legs and the funny things that came out of their mouths. Pretty good plots too.
