SOEDESCO and Red Martyr Entertainment partner to launch Saint Kotar!

The BIG announcement is finally here - Saint Kotar has a publisher!

We’re pleased to be teaming up with SOEDESCO for the launch of our first title: Saint Kotar. We’ve been working on this game for two and a half years now and we feel confident that SOEDESCO is the perfect partner we needed to support its growth into something special. Together we’ll work to launch the game on PC and consoles very soon.

Publishing Agreement

We can’t go into specific details here, but as a general overview I can confirm that everything we promised in the Kickstarter campaign (and some more) will be delivered.

Saint Kotar is coming to PC and consoles, with a specific date to be announced soon. The game will be fully voiced (in English) and localized into all the languages that were unlocked with the stretch goal (plus an X number of additional ones). Marketing, PR, distribution, porting to consoles and all other much needed elements that are part of a professional project, are in this agreement.

If you played the prologue, this teaser will be very familiar to you. It was created to attract new players rather than showing something new to the existing ones. More trailer(s) will be released before the game comes out, showing never-seen stuff.

PC Release Date

Saint Kotar will launch on Steam, Epic Games Store (store page coming soon) and GOG this October!

Console Release

More information about the Nintendo Switch, Playstation and Xbox versions of the game to follow soon. They are coming 100%, but a bit later as the porting process is not a walk in the park and it takes a lot of time to do it the right way.

Reminded me Black Mirror,but how great it is?

how ‘great’ i can’t tell yet, i only started it, half an hour to get the feel of the game, it is ‘fair’ so far, the game pushes itself into a certain narrative without too many details but what you get/know thru dialogues.

RME,  i think the sound editing; has some recurring issues with the fades, the merge of the voiceovers..etc.
i hope you still have the original tracks if ye needed to release an update or something.

i will wait until i am almost done to give my opinion

I will say this when the game launched there was like five negative reviews back to back on steam, now they’re all gone hmmmm.

On one of the negative reviews the developer responded by saying something like,  sorry for offending your Catholic sensibilities. For the record in the posters review it never mentioned anything about being a Catholic lol. Odd behavior.

why would you bring up something like this, a post or the dev reply doesn’t matter, esp that it is not in these forums, are ye that young to know the difference between gaming and sensitive issues

i am glad you can figure out English by yourself, the only logic that is you either don’t like the developer, or the game and wanna take a knock at it, whatever the reason is, you don’t want this game to get any success
