I think you will find that it is not. But there are other problems that I can’t explain from a logical standpoint.

Our protagonist was able to save the old lady, the bus driver and the policeman. Several people died between the policeman and the final victim, Mrs Henderson, including Emma. Why was she able to save only those three?

That’s what I love about this game. It leaves open a point of discussion on just about everything. But you can also take it at face value, and be satisfied with the ending regardless of which version you played.

Edit: And the mother and baby weren’t even touched.
