In this game, while you are technicaly a fugitive, no one ever attempts to track you or take you into custody.
theoretically Roy Mccoy is an android (A nexus 6) he is a fugitive being used to chase the others with authority given to him by the Blade Runner’s headquarters ... so? ..is it BLADERUNNER?
Interesting…but no (that reminds me. I finally HAVE to play Blade Runner one of these days…)

Good guess, but no. After all, in Disc you just become a fugitive nearly in the middle of the game…
