Then what is the reason you picked those three games if you don’t own them yet?

Unless it’s a digital game, I want to get what I’m going to play now. I put up a order for the 3 games, let’s what gets here first.

Infocom’s best according to Karlok:
Trinity - Wishbringer - Lurking Horror - AMFV - Journey - Border Zone - Deadline

Thanks. What about Pathfinder or Hitchkiker? Also seem favorites. Any Zork?

I won’t tell anybody not to play the Zork series, but they’re ancient and the parser is not very good. I’ve never heard of Pathfinder, is that really an Infocom game. Hitchhiker’s is fun if you like crazy humor; not one of my favorites.

I don’t think any Infocom game is bad, except Moonmist, absolutely hated that one. The magic spell series is not my cup of tea, Ballyhoo and Leather Goddesses are just okay, Nord and Bert is all about language and probably too difficult or not much fun for non-natives. Didn’t finish Bureaucracy. Haven’t played Suspended yet.

Planetfall… I’ve played that one. Hmmm. Pick something else.

Wait, is that where they got the inspiration for Roger Wilco, Space Janitor?

I’ve been thinking that as well. Planetfall did came out before Space Quest and a janitor hero is a bit too specific to be a coincidence.
