Sony Just announced Grim Fandango getting remastered for PS4 and VITA.

HELL YEAH

An adventure game is nothing more than a good story set with engaging puzzles that fit seamlessly in with the story and the characters, and looks and sounds beautiful.

THAT IS THE BEST DAMN NEWS I HAVE HEARD EVER!
How on earth did it happen? I never thought we’d see this! Disney are doing things! There’s still hope! Oh thank Sherman the volcano god!

I think it was Double Fine with the help of Sony that made it possible but at least it’s not dead!

Just the fact that Grim Fandango can still be announced in a E3 conference for a huge applause is heartwarming.

It also displays Disney’s willingness to make use of LucasArts’s IP, which surprises and excites me. They haven’t swept these games under the rug like Activision has done with Sierra and Infocom.

That’s how you announce a game Tongue

Even though I own Grim Fandango, I’ve always had trouble running it, and the controls weren’t that great, so this is the perfect excuse to finally play it properly.

Not sure I want a sequel. It’d likely be nothing like the original. None the least, the game wouldn’t be pre-rendered, which would be sacrilege!

I’m so happy this is coming out for the Vita. Having this game on the go, what with the Vita’s beautiful screen, would be magic.

Perfect time to announce it too, seeing as I’ve just started playing it again.

Here’s hoping they do something about the wall bouncing too.
