Hi Adventurers!

Luis, from Fictiorama, calling!

Our 2D, dark, point and click adventure Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow comes today is on Kickstarter!

Some of the key features:

· Classic point and click interface
· 2D graphics featuring a unique, expressionist style
· Stunning dystopian sci-fi plot
· Mature content featuring a dark, bloodstained story
· Atmospheric soundtrack composed by the indie rock band Kovalski
· Old school, progressive “open-world” immersive experience
· HD cutscenes

You can download the public alpha demo and give it a try. Furthermore, if you back the project on Kickstarter or spread the word about the campaign (and you let us know about it)... you’ll gain access to the much longer extended demo!

Want to see more screenshots? A lot more on our website!

The game is also on Steam Greenlight, so we could use your vote too... Smile

Luis

The characters moved very slowly in the demo, probably a bug or something. Still backed the game, looks intriguing.

Yes, it’s a bug that happens only with some graphic cards. Usually it can be avoided choosing a lower resolution.

Anyway, it’s under control now, it will be fixed in the next alpha. Smile

Thanks a lot for backing, Wilco!

Cheers,

Luis

I haven’t played the demo, yet. But I decided to back it, as they are saying all the right things to get me interested in the game.

Just tried the demo and I liked it. The game’s got a nice atmosphere and an interesting story.

2 days left in the kickstarter, 7k to go.
It’s going to be (strangely) close.

I say strangely because the kickstarter has a very good presentation (and demo) and the goal is not that high.

The problem it seem is that it hasn’t got any big names behind it, that seems to be more important than the actual game or campaign when it comes to getting people to open their wallet. I’m constantly surprised of games that doesn’t make it, even when they seem to be doing everything correctly.

Still with only 7k to the target and 54 hours left, I’m confident that it will make it.

By the way, we just announced a $5 add-on... that includes a short text-based graphic adventure game!

And Android an Wii-U versions are now stretch goals:

Tried it a bit and decided to back for 20, wouldn’t really have even that much but have to give it a chance because it’s not funded yet. Would be a terrible shame if it doesn’t go through, though I’m quite confident 50 hours is enough to get that 5k.
