very easy albeit small is the journey down first episode.
another easy enough game if you don’t mind the retro look is gemini rue.

Dear Esther is quite a controversial game. There is a large forum discussion on it. I suggest taking a look at it first.
i think it wouldn’t be what you want.maybe later but from what you’re asking Dear Esther definitely isn’t one.

I’d recommend Lost Horizon. It’s relatively easy, it’s quite lengthy, it looks beautiful and it’s allround a really good game…

You could give Sam & Max from telltale a try, if you havent already.
I found most of the episodes to be fairly easy, probadly in the middle range of easy->difficult.
Also you can download some episodes for free, and give it a try, before paying for the whole seasons.
