Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh (1996) has lots of gore to choose from but I chose this shot because of the quality of the blood splatter from Curtis’ head. I enjoy the game and definitely appreciate its willingness to tackle controversial issues in its story but it does kind of jump the shark near the end.

That was the one I was actually expecting as it is seen no matter what you do. The one above you only get to see if you’re too slow doing something.
