Mbappe and Ronaldo 5 years ago. Let’s go Real-Monaco final!
Mbappe is going to be a huge transfer this or next season, heard reports of Man United offering 70million already but Monaco wants more.

Edit: Ajax destroying Lyon. 3-0 already

It’s probably a done deal. Is Ajax going back to the glory days with good formation? Liked the team when they had the best football school in Europe but they kind of disappeared.

Ajax ain’t going back any time soon. No chance with how the money dynamics work.
They are forced to sell any player that shows an inkling of potential to become a great player.

Honestly, Ajax isn’t that strong either this season. They are going to lose the Dutch league, which they won four years consecutively 2 seasons ago.
I still rate Lyon higher. But luck was on Ajax’s side somewhat. They converted their first 2 chances and the keeper had the match of his lifetime.

Lyon players seem to be technically more talented, but Ajax had their tactics in check.
I truly believe the second leg is completely open. Lyon can go full-attack and score two goals in the first half, while Ajax bury themselves in.

Who would you want to win the final between Real - Juve?

Juve, would be happey either way but Real has more than enough trophies and this Juve team deserves before some of their players start to retire. The defense is just impressive - only 2 goals conceded in this Champions League. (but I wouldn’t complain if Ronaldo scores a couple more in the final Smile )

Muller repeats what i said a day or 2 back

“Basically we all know that he is extraordinary, in his appearance and with his sporting performances. So he’s already a phenomenon,” Muller said on Wednesday.

“You cannot achieve such numbers of goals for so many years and so often without having to work hard.

“He has enormous physical and technical qualities, of course.

“But what impresses me the most are his heading skills. This is sometimes forgotten a bit. He has a fine technique, but he also has mad heading skills.

Origami, why did Dani Alves left Barcelona?

According to rumours he didn’t see eye to eye with Barca’s board. And Barca would only extent his contract by one year and see from there. Guess he didn’t feel appreciated enough.

To be fair, Alves’ level dropped. This resurgence of form wasn’t expected. Maybe Juve style really fits him. It seemed like the proper move for Barca to let him go. But with the new signings in hindsight it turned out a really bad move.

Not a good but maybe he wanted more money than they were willing.
Other players I saw why they left: Alexis, Pedro, Fabregas - probably wanted to play more. But he seemed like a player that gave a lot of heart to the club that seems to be missing now.
But Juventus does seem to doing a great job using these players - Khedira and Cuadrado for example.
