I spent a bit of time researching following Jannik’s reply

It depends on the bundle site. Humble Bundle and Indie Royale (http://www.indieroyale.com/faq) doesn’t allow giving keys but Indie Gala allows it while forbidding selling the key.

@Clad33 One key is only redeemable only once on Steam. Who redeems it though, is up to you. You can gift a key if you want, but not sell it.

https://twitter.com/IndieGala/statuses/144131197319118848

Groupees also allow giving keys (according to http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/xRPas/lets-make-a-list-of-indie-bundles-that-allow-or-not-to-give-the-keys-away)

I haven’t found any information on bundlestars and bundle in a box.

In general, this is not enforced since Steam allows keys to be given and there’s no way for any of the bundles to enforce this rule. It’s also unclear if such a TOS would be valid in EU or not.
But I do think it’s good to respect the wishes of the author who might take into account each bundle’s policy when they decide to have a game up for sale in one.

Other than that I have a key for Edna & Harvey: Harvey’s New Eyes and Deponia.
Both of those are from Indiegala so I can share them.

Bundle Stars:

I already own some of the games in the bundle, can I give these games to a friend?

Yes, you can pass on the individual Steam® keys to a friend to redeem. Please remember that each Steam® key can only be redeemed once.

More games to anyone (steam keys):

Amnesia - Dark Descent - play it before the sequel September 10th
Thomas Was Alone - it’s more of a platformer (and awesome)
McPixel - it’s something that I’m not sure what…

I can definitely recommend Thomas Was Alone. Played it on PS3 and was thoroughly impressed.

I checked Thomas Was Alone on youtube and it looks intriguing. If nobody else wants it really badly I might give it a try Smile
