Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Saturday 20 April 2013
I still haven’t played any game from the Atlantis series, but here’s a horse from Atlantis II (a.k.a. Beyond Atlantis I). I think the guy is going to fall.
Almost looks like the image was painted as opposed to rendered.

An adventure game is nothing more than a good story set with engaging puzzles that fit seamlessly in with the story and the characters, and looks and sounds beautiful.

Ah, that’s one of my favorite video sequences in any game, especially because getting the horse to come to life was a bit of a challenge, at least for me. It’s the only Atlantis game I’ve played in that series, but it’s still a favorite.
