Wow, Nightmare Frames is certainly much beloved among the community, Hob’s Barrow barely got a mention! I watched some of the YT playthrough back then and didn’t feel like playing it, maybe I should after all. Missed Don’t Give Up the Cat during our freeware marathon, a 3D cat simulator, AGS is capable of everything these days. It’s also interesting how freewares have a separate category nowadays. I remember times when commercial AGS games were so rare that the devs were even criticized for asking money. Today some of the best ags are made with AGS.

I think you should give it a try: great atmosphere, very well written, a bit obnoxious main character and an scary story about the dark Hollywood…
