Flea Market

Many of us are staying close to home this summer, whether by choice or circumstances, and we’re looking for nearby activities that are fun.  For those who love to shop for a bargain, flea markets are just the thing.

The flea market below describes characters from 12 different adventure games who have decided to sell some game items (list 1-12).  The items that they are selling are in list A-L.  Your task is threefold:
1.  Match the sellers to the items they are selling by number and letter. 
2.  Identify each of the characters by name.
3.  Name the games where the characters and items can be found.

Please note that not every item for sale is an inventory item, but all can be found in that particular game.  Also note that at least one character might require some extra thought.

Each complete correct answer is worth 10 points.  If you submit all the correct answers in your first PM, you will receive 10 bonus points.  The maximum number of points is 130.

Pot Luck

A pot luck get-together, where everyone brings something to eat or drink, can be an enjoyable way to hook up with family and friends.  There are often duplicates and too many desserts, but leftovers tend to find their way home with someone.

If adventure game characters got together for a pot luck barbeque picnic, these are the kinds of food and drinks they might contribute.  Your task is to identify in which game each item originated.  Each correct answer is worth 10 points for a maximum total of 200 points.  There is no penalty for a wrong answer.  You may send as many PMs as you like, but include only one answer for each item per PM. 

Since I was delayed in getting the puzzles posted this week, I’m extending the deadline until midnight GMT on Sunday, July 25.

I am truly sorry, but I got envolved in an official translation of an adventure game into Spanish which has to be done by yesterday, so I couldn’t join this one.

Just in case anyone didn’t notice the change, the deadline for this week’s puzzles is tomorrow (Sun.) at midnight.  You don’t have to sleep, do you, Walas?

Watching the solution of this puzzles makes me realize that I will need another life to play so many adventure games…

How did I miss Keepsake! I hope I’ll be more alert for the next quiz.

Nancy Drew games alone will take eternity to finish. And even after playing several of them I still can’t tell which is which, they all look the same!
