Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Friday 25 January 2013
Advie asked me (at the last minute, otherwise it wouldn’t be fun) to post a scene relating to the second anniversary of the Egyptian Revolution. The best I could come up with on such short notice is the Katta uprising from Quest for Glory II.
Of course, it kinda looks like a bunch of cats staging a protest because their litter hasn’t been changed in the past 5 minutes, so it may not be exactly up to the level of the historical event. I blame the lack of politically-minded adventure games.
Can anyone think of a better scene I could have used?
Recently finished: Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse (R) (4/5) | Detective Di (3.5/5) | Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations (R) (4.5/5) | Heaven’s Vault (3/5) | Ace Attorney: Justice For All (R) (3.5/5) | Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (R) (4.5/5) | Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space (R) (4.5/5) | The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker (abandoned) (2/5) | Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (3.5/5) | The Sexy Brutale (R) (4/5)
Thanks a lot Kuru !
this scene is nice as its connected to Egypt (some)when/how ...
but i found/remembered that that shot from A New Beginning with those protesters that actually (though it has nothing to do with Egypt) reminded me much of the days of the revolution 2 years a ago (2011)
