Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Wednesday 23 January 2013
Telltale’s Strong Bad game wasn’t really my thing (I gave up after the second episode), but I guess fans of the Homestar Runner stuff must have been happy with it.
I used to be a fan of strongbad, but somehow I could never get into the game. Just played a few hours of the first episode.
I was kinda thrown off by the simplistic art design, and I’ve never heard anyone talk too fondly of the game either, so I’ve pretty much discarded it. Am I missing out on anything?
Duckman: Can you believe it? Five hundred bucks for a parking ticket?
Cornfed Pig: You parked in a handicapped zone.
Duckman: Who cares? Nobody parks there anyway, except for the people who are supposed to park there and, hell, I can outrun them anytime.
