Hi. I am an indie game developer. I have been working on this game called “Cerynitii” for nearly a year now. Cerynitii is an adventure first person game for the PC still under development. It uses the latest version of the Unreal Engine: UE4, which is a very powerful game engine.

Your opinion as adventure gamers is very important to the development of the game. I would highly appreciate it if you visit the game’s website and give your feedback regarding the game design. In the end, this game is made for you, adventure gamers! Smile

Any feedback and ideas are welcome. And please share if you like it!

This looks pretty good, I like the environments! Would love to see a video.

Is it more like a walk sim or there’s going to be puzzles?

Thanks for checking out the site. A video trailer is going to be available soon.

As for the gameplay, it’s actually puzzle-based and not much of a walking sim.

I have checked your game Asylum, it’s nice. I played Serena before. Have you worked on it?

By the way don’t forget to share our game with your friends Smile

Yes, we did Serena along with a few other adventure game developers Smile

I’ll introduce Cerynitii to our Discord community. In fact, it’s best if you do so yourself! http://discord.gg/senscape

I can’t tell from the screenshots what the puzzles will be like, but I do like the feel of the environment! I’ll be interested to see how this one turns out.

Does using UE4 mean you’ll be able to port it to platforms other than Windows relatively easily?

Thanks for your interest Smile . As for the puzzles I will give some light into these in my future blog posts.

Actually, I wouldn’t say I know the exact answer to that UE4 question. But I think UE4 has strong capabilities to port to other platforms quite easy.

Hi everyone.

I am glad to say that the first announcement trailer for our upcoming game “Cerynitii” is done and it’s on the game’s YouTube channel:

Cerynitii is a first person puzzle exploration adventure game for the PC, inspired by great games such as Myst, Quern, The Witness and many others. The game uses Unreal Engine 4. Cerynitii takes you to an adventure on a distant island, where you have to solve puzzles and explore new areas while the story slowly unravels. The whole experience is meant to be a calm, peaceful and soothing adventure.

Please like, share and subscribe for future videos!

Also, I want to thank the kind people here at Adventure Gamers !

The game is still in its early developmnet stage and too much work is ahead, so we value your kind support for the game Smile

Hi everyone!

The past couple of months have been quite busy. The development of Cerynitii has been progressing somewhat slower than needed. However, the majority of the first part of the game has been completed. Puzzles have been coded and tested, and many of the game’s other codes have been optimized and corrected. However, there is still much work ahead and it is still early to release the game.

Many thanks to everyone who visited and shared our website, Instagram and Twitter pages, and Cerynitii’s YouTube channel. Many thanks again to AG for their support.

For those of you who did not get the chance to check out the recent progress of the game, I would like to showcase here a couple of these screenshots.

If you find Cerynitii interesting, please do not hesitate to visit the game’s website and pages, and please do like and share!

Ooh, pretty!
Some of those remind me of The Witness but I’m guessing this one will make my head hurt less Smile
