as for your game, all three titles has Bones at their inventory, and Dogs that you encounter?

I played Sam Peters. 
From there, it was easy! 
(now, why the hell did I play Sam Peters and not Secret Files 2 is another good question).

I love this thread because it plays exactly like an adventure game puzzle… unfortunately, no multiple solutions, so you get only an approval of your interesting guesses!

Something to do with evil oligarchs/landowners/businessmen and defeating them to save the poor oppressed folk? I can’t remember some of those games but that’s the only pattern I can see.
