Vote for one game in each versus match that you’d like to see advance to the next round. Feel free to skip any match that you don’t want to vote in.
Voting for this bracket will end on 20 January at 23:59 GMT.
The four games in each bracket that survive their versus match will go on to the next round (the Round of 16), and so on, until only one game remains and wins the tournament for our community’s favorite adventure game.

Discworld Noir
Grim Fandango (Toughest one so far for me, but Grim is in my top3 games so that)
Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars
The Dig

Machinarium
Grim Fandango
Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars
Syberia
1 - haven’t played
2 - Gabriel Knight 3: BotS, BotD (I like GK3 a bit more than Grim)
3 - Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars (now it’s BS’s time…)
4 - The Dig
PC means personal computer
1. Discworld Noir
2. Gabriel Knight 3
3. Gemini Rue
4. -
I still haven’t played Machinarium but nothing is better than Discworld Noir. Grim Fandango is awesome but I think GK still wins slightly. BS and GR aren’t perfect games, giving the vote to Gemini Rue with a slight margin. It’s been ages since I played The Dig but I think it was probably awesome. Syberia was really good too though, but can’t really decide between these two.
Currently Playing: Dragon Age Origins: Awakening
Recently Played: Red Embrace: Hollywood, Dorfromantik, Heirs & Graces, AI: The Somnium Files, PRICE, Frostpunk, The Shapeshifting Detective (CPT), Disco Elysium, Dream Daddy, Four Last Things, Jenny LeClue - Detectivu, The Signifier
1. Discworld Noir
2. GK3
3. Gemini Rue
4. The Dig
Machinarium
GK3 (Just to counter balance the votes but in the endgame it won’t work i know )
Gemini Rue (same reason)
Syberia
Machinarium and Syberia are legit though , but they will lose in next match ,
eventually GF would rise.
Machinarium
Grim
Broken Sword
The Dig
M1: Machinarium - It was hard to choose, but in the end I went with the game that left stronger impression on me
M2: Gabriel Knight 3 - I think in this part JJ reached her writing peak, it went steadily downwards from this point
M3: Broken Sword - Still the best game in the series, 2nd and 5th were a way too short and 3D ones are not worth mentioning
M4: The Dig - Another hard one, but I think The Dig was the most underrated adventure in its release time, when you compare it who made it and who conceived it
Oh wow, tough ones. And what a surprise, my most favorite game goes against my second favorite (or, if I count the full series of my #1, 4th favorite).
Anyways:
1) Machinarium - not easy, but like above, Machinarium has left such a strong impression…
2) Gabriel Knight 3 - The. Best. Game. Ever. No game does what GK3 does, it’s brilliant, it’s ground-breaking and it’s a damn shame that no game has apparently tried to do what Gabriel Knight 3 did. Brilliant interface, Le Serpent Rouge, fantastic story, living world, everything. I love Grim Fandango more than almost any other game (it’s pretty much #2 after the GK series), but it’s still a game - GK3 is almost something more
3) Broken Sword - I’m pretty close on this one. I’m almost tempted to not vote, but I guess I’ll go with BS.
4) The Dig. I love both these games (Syberia was also a much better game than Syberia 2), they both have a wonderful atmosphere, but I feel like The Dig still did a better overall job, from gameplay to atmosphere.
1 - Discworld Noir - Machinarium just can’t compete with this!
2 - Grim Fandango - Because GK.
3 - Gemini Rue - Broken Sword is an amazing and fantastic game, but I feel that Gemini Rue is just that little bit above it, and paced a little bit better.
4 - The Dig - Highly underrated, absolutely brilliant.
1. Tough one but I’ll vote for Discworld Noir. Personal favorite.
2. GF
3. Gemini Rue. BS is a great game but I find the setting and the atmosphere of Gemini Rue more intriguing. And I always considered George a little dumb
4. The Dig
