Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Saturday 09 August 2014
A rare sight, the Cheops covered in ice and show. This is the doing of an Evil Weatherman who changes the weather in an attempt to rule the world. Yes, really. Fortunately, Team Xtreme and robot Millibot are there to stop him. Operation Weather Disaster (1995) is a short educational FMV adventure by Discovery Channel. Easy inventory puzzles, some minigames that require good eye-hand coordination, a database with info about the weather and of course the obligatory questions to check if the player read the info. The acting of Team Xtreme is Xtremely atrocious.
I found the whole thing highly entertaining.

well its actually happening nowadays by HAARP, in favor of ...ahem*
I played this when it first released. I bought it for my children, and then I ended up playing it way more than they did. The acting was hilariously bad. There was a terrified nerd kid and another kid with spiky hair. I don’t think I made it to the end of the game. Or, at least, I don’t remember how it ends.
