Underrated?!
Strange it was the best Selling Game in the History of LucasArts.

It came out years late and got mediocre reviews, including on this site.

Best/fav Designer/Developer: Tim Schafer
Best/fav Adventure: Grim Fandango
Best/fav Hero: Guybrush Threepwood closely followed by Manuel “Manny” Calavera
First ever played Adventure: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Last Played or (re) Adventure: Grim Fandango
Most Replayed Adventure: Grim Fandango
Most Influential (for you) Adventure: Monkey Island series
Worst/Frustrating/Obscure Adventure: None - Note that i havent played all of Lucas Arts games, but i never found any of the ones i did play Obscure or Frustrating.
Overrated Adventure: DotT - Not a bad game, in fact i quite like it, but according to some it is the BEST GAME EVER MADE, which i think is overrating it.
Underrated Adventure: The Dig and/or Escape from Monkey Island - The Dig got some mediocre reviews, and many dislike Escape.
Best laughs moment: Murray from Monkey Island comes to mind, but there are many more especially from the MI series.
Name an Adventure came after 1999 that felt Like Lucas Arts: Book of Unwritten Tales

Best/fav Designer/Developer: Ron Gilbert
Best/fav Adventure: Monkey Island 2
Best/fav Hero: Max
First ever played Adventure: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Last (re)Played Adventure: Not sure…maybe Fate of Atlantis
Most Replayed Adventure: Monkey Island 2. I’ve probably played it half a dozen times at least.
Most Influential (for you) Adventure: Monkey Island 2
Worst/Frustrating/Obscure Adventure: The Last Crusade was probably the most frustrating in terms of difficulty. Escape from Monkey Island might be the worst.
Overrated Adventure: Curse of Monkey Island. It’s a great game, but people are committing sacrilege when they rank it above the first two games.
Underrated Adventure: The Last Crusade
Best laughs moment: It’s been so long, and there are so many. “The Chicago Manual of Thermodynamic Flux Induction Circuit Design.” “Facilities be damned!” “Rubber tree!”
Name an Adventure came after 1999 that felt Like Lucas Arts: Tony Tough

Bonus Question - Best Music:
Monkey Island 2

Best/fav Hero: Guybrush Threepwood
First ever played Adventure: Maniac Mansion
Last (re)Played Adventure: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Most Replayed Adventure: Loom
Most Influential (for you) Adventure: Probably Loom.
Worst/Frustrating/Obscure Adventure: Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade.  The puzzle design and the various mazes are SO FRUSTRATING!
Overrated Adventure: The Dig.
Underrated Adventure: Escape from Monkey Island.
Best laughs moment: Running into your future self in Escape from Monkey Island.
Name an Adventure came after 1999 that felt Like Lucas Arts: Psychonauts (technically not an adventure game I realize.)
Also Telltale’s Sam and Max series.

Recently played: Heavy Rain, Professor Layton and the Unwound Future, Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers.
Currently playing: Professor Layton and the Last Spector, Last Window: The Secret of Cape West, Portal 2.
