This game looks really interesting and it’s gone straight on my wishlist.

Am I the only one who feels this way or has the thread just been overlooked? Tongue

Looks interesting, I like the spooky way of doing the art. Seems like quite the project for 2 folks to work on!

I’m guessing it’s been overlooked. Your response, which brought it back to the front page, was the first time I’ve seen it. I’ve not had a chance to look at the trailers and other stuff yet. But the basic premise of the game, journalist invited to a mansion abutting a forest, sounds a lot like Scratches. I really liked Scratches and also enjoyed the AGCPT of the game. So, the fact that they appear to be similar may not be a bad thing.

It’s the second time people tell me about Scratches. Never played it, I will give it a try soon. Grin

It’s likely I won’t get to play too much of this in the next week or so, so I just wanted to give some initial impressions.

A great creepy atmosphere that’s already given me a few jump scares (you bastards!).  Lack of voice-acting is always a disappointment for me but of course, it has to be expected on limited budgets and I like how you’ve dealt with it.  The story has left me wanting to know more and the graphics are decent for an indie and suit the style/ambience.  There’s some innovative stuff going on that I won’t spoil but have not seen before in a game.

I’m stuck on the first real puzzle/s of the game (no help please Smile) and I have limited playing time coming up but I’m looking forward to getting into it again.

Hey, thanks for the comment !
Yeah the budget is very low. I Hope to have a better budget for the next game. Smile
Haha, sorry for the jump scares. Grin
