The teaser for the new Blade Runner trailer already shows some amazing visuals:

Feels like new GiTS movie

I am smelling a dud

Well, the original GiTS was heavily influenced by Blade Runner so it makes sense.
The director has not let me down so I have faith even if this can be a dud

I meant the 80s retro cyberpunk RScott made feel is missing
It feels like some CG guys did more work
It always happen with new CG era of films
I am beginning to feel it more and more , more in line with Doyle comments

The usually opinionated and salty cinematographer Christopher Doyle recently sat down with Blouin and made his feelings quite clear on “Life Of Pi” and the work behind it. “Okay. I’m trying to work out how to say this most politely, and no offense to – I don’t know him personally – but what a total fucking piece of shit,” he declared about Claudio Miranda’s win for Best Cinematography. “Let me be blunt. Ah, fuck. I don’t care, I’m sure he’s a wonderful guy and I’m sure he cares so much, but since 97 per cent of the film is not under his control, what the fuck are you talking about cinematography, sorry. I’m sorry. I have to be blunt and I don’t care, you can write it. I think it’s a fucking insult to cinematography.”

And Denis doesnt have any experience at CG, i wonder if the vibe will be there

Denis said green screen is barely used ans tries to minimize CGI so that’s a big difference between this and GiTS (and Life of Pi)

I think you don’t realize just how much CGI is in Arrival…

The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka

Nothing to write home about tbh, thats pretty generic stuff

He has to rise to revered legacy for Dune and BR

That tanks, clouds and round objects wont cut it

I’m curious about Momoa’s metal Aquaman, the classic one is boring.
Mera however looks great… Mera for Injustice!

Inj2 Aquaman is solid, young Dolphlundgren , Jason skin color ,face and body is not fit for character
This is everything wrong with Hollywood infact that Thor actor fits more
Any Dutch or German guy would fit

Jason looks like a Mexican thug, ah well we can only blame GoT

Here is perfect Arthur, face cut, body , height and all, ready made

He couldn’t be, he’s already Steve Trevor in the DC movies.
They went with Jason because they wanted to try to stay away from typical Aquaman jokes so went with Drogo.
Gal didn’t seem like a good fit for WW but first reactions are positive.

Well she lacks meat and flesh but not too unfit like Jason
She was in Israeli defense force so her action scenes were great in the movie
And overall team will make any film better
