‘Privacy policy’ link doesn’t exist

At the underside of every page there is a bar with links about the site and where to follow Adventure Gamers. There is also a text ‘privacy policy’ in orange. I think this is supposed to be a link but it isn’t. I take it this should be fixed, no?

Edit:
Oh and while we’re in that lowest bar: the text underneath the Adventure Gamers logo is unreadable against the background. Maybe another color will help.

Link works for me. Takes me to http://www.adventuregamers.com/about/privacy

I have no problem reading the bottom text either. Browser issue?

Ah. That mailing list section is supposed to be sitting in the main green bar, to the right of the Facebook info.

Well, even if I make the window full screen (1280x800 on my MacBook Pro) it stays where it is.
