They probably showed the sales figure and E3 fake demo to coax this stellar, my fav actors cast into shitty game

Would prefer Splinter Cell. Ubi probably going to wait to see if AssCreed is successful, I think they have lots of movies possibly in the making.

Suicide Squad reviews showing up, seems like another clunker for WB/DC. Why can’t they get any movie right since Dark Knight…

Scell probably star T.hardy.

Ssquad was looking like big fail, but its even bigger fail according to some reviews.
MRobbie doesnt know how to act.
Will is a old hack job.
Leto was savior but it seems the script and director didnt help his case.
I wasnt wrong when i said TTG DC effort was best among recent DC related output from Gotham to this.

WB/DC seems lost… Hope they can get a grip since Geoff Johns got promoted to the top at DC. I usually like the DC comics more than Marvel but maybe they just don’t translate well to film/Tv outside of Batman.

I am so glad Suicide Squad is poorly received. The marketing in the US for that movie was so annoying with all the stories about Jared Leto actually losing himself in the role of the Joker and actually becoming him. Get the hell out pls.

@NoMadSoul

Actually Margot Robbie is supposed to be one of the few redeeming factors.

Saw the movie today, I thought it was pretty average but I think Jared Leto’s Joker just sucked… Didn’t work at all. Rest of the characters were okay to good, Margot did a good job with Harley but the script didn’t help at all, lines were not very funny.

Thats a million dollar question.

Except that that COD set piece was ripped from Saving Private Ryan.

Actually, the old cinematographer has turned director, rather than Nolan ditched him.
Besides, Hoyte Van Hoytema is at least as good, imo. Let the Right One In, Interstellar, that opening sequence in Spectre, etc. World class cinematography.

Lights Out

Anybody seen this? Has great potential for horror sequences, imo.

Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka

Pfister may be crawling back to cinematography if next movies are panned and flop like Transcendence

Well, he’s already relegated to a comedy TV series (Flaked with Will Arnett) and a The Tick TV movie (possibly a series pilot), so we’ll see. Grin

Funfact,

Back in the day i had several favorite softporn stars.
Moniqueparent was great actress, she ended up in Phantasmagoria2. Wink

But there was favs, Sannontweed and Shannonwhirry.
Later was famous for cult hit Animal Instincts.

Do you know who was behind the beautiful shots of AnimalInstincts?
And many other S.whirry,M.Parent flicks?

wally pfister

Nolan sure had a knack for hunting talent.
Either that or he also fell for his camera tones. Smile

He was already relegated, Wally’s prime career time was 90s.
