Human Resource Machine is a puzzle game for nerds. Use your little workers to solve each level’s puzzle, and get promoted up to the next floor. Repeat. Each level is one year.

Self improvement tip: Our previous games have all taken 2-3 years to build so far. This one took only 9 months – as much time as it takes to build a new human – and it’s felt exciting and liberating the whole time. We hope you have as much fun with it as we have!

I’m curious, what is Golden Hour? Link?

Golden Hour is a 2D RPG platformer in a vein of old Metroidvania games, with explosions.

Here are links to official pages:

Allegedly, on this link you can find the demo, but Chrome keeps dismissing it because of malicious threat, so if you want to download it, you have to do it on your own responsibility: https://www.sendspace.com/file/x4snwo

Thanks. Looks like it could be fun. I wonder why the kickstarter was cancelled.

Ah, they probably thought they wouldn’t get funding midway so they cancelled KS. Frown

FYI: Knee Deep, the episodic swamp noir adventure we’ve been working on at Prologue Games for the past year, has officially launched on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/371300/

We’ve also made a collector’s edition playbill and soundtrack available. Enjoy!

The new KingArts game looks really good. I wish they would make another adventure, but a story driven RPG sounds like fun.

On another note, I downloaded the free PS Plus game Teslagrad yesterday, and I have never heard of that game before. I tried it out, and it is really good. If you guys haven’t played it yet, and you have a PS Plus account, you should check it out. It has the Outland polarity, but used in a more platform puzzle context.

I think they’ll to BoUT 3 after this one. They have to finish the story!

PS Plus also has Super Time Force Ultra, Xeodrifter and La Mulana this month. Good month for indies.

Anyone heard of the game Undertale? Looks like an amazing indie RPG

http://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevangelho/2015/09/30/a-new-rpg-developed-by-one-man-just-passed-half-life-2-to-become-highest-rated-pc-game-ever/

I was about to post it days back then i saw videos , and found zero reason to get hyped.
It feels like Earthbound ripoff with really bad pixel graphics.

I mean we have had cthulu saves the world or Earthbound itself.

Maybe the setup and story hit people hard emotionally still presentation is hard to ignore.

Wtf is this shit??
Even colors look unfinished random MS Paint job.

Jim Sterling gave that a 10…

Recently completed: Game of Thrones (decent), Tales from the borderlands (great!), Life is Strange (great!), Stasis (good), Annas Quest (great!); Broken Age (poor)

Jim Sterling gave that a 10…

While many “AAA” games like BioShock and Dishonored offer “moral choices” in simple, easily digestible terms, there’s something deeper to Undertale

I stopped reading there, and wont bother with his reviews in future.

Smile

Edit:

Some skimming is even more funny, deep friendships to be forged ,
who likes to forge friendships with character art like this

It doesnt end there,

There are moments that match – and potentially outshine – the legendary examples of fourth-wall breaking found with Metal Gear Solid‘s Psycho Mantis and Arkham Asylym‘s Scarecrow.

Dont know what manner of taste or IQ is needed for such understanding of aesthetics.
