Common logic says that the only natural type of Halloween games are Horror or Horror comedy.

Except Halloween isn’t a natural phenomena, its a holiday, not a state of being. Grin Horror and Horror Comedies can be played any time of the year.

They can but during Halloween you just have to get into the spirit and play Horror games and watch Horror movies Tongue

Alien Incident is what you’re looking for.
A Halloween themed adventure made in 1996.
It’s not a horror game, but something in the vein of old Lucas Arts adventures.

All I was looking for were games related to Halloween, the holiday or at least in relation to it.  I just found it interesting that there are so few games based on the second biggest event of the year (Generally speaking).  I wasn’t specifically looking for horror titles which I thought I had clarified in my OP although it is my favourite genre…  Still surprised there were no current suggestions.

Oh and thanks Advenurerer, but again it’s far from contemporary.

The vast majority of adventure games are far from contemporary, so you’re asking quite a lot.

I remember playing Alien Incident in the 90s. Don’t remember a thing about it. Screenshots look yum though, must play it again.

I know there’s something out there, I just can’t remember what it was called.

I never played Alien Incident, but its been there for me to play. Grin At some point I’ll give it a go.

BTW Stonez, love your Call of Cthulhu avatar. ^_^
