Default The Ice Guardian has now been ported to Android devices

A third game written by my father, Barrie Eaton, has now been released to Android devices.

This text adventure game was originally released in 1991 in the U.K.

Like Moonbase 3 and Mystery of the Dark Manor, this uses the same engine to maintain a consistent user experience.

The demo links here: https://market.android.com/details?id=Guardian.demo

And, if you like it, the full release is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...rdian.Complete

Hope people have as much fun playing it as I did converting it for Android :-)

Playing a text adventure on a touchpad sounds like a nightmare to me, but good luck with the release! More games is always a good thing.

The description page says you can "use gestures, speech input and text to speech" which, if it works properly, sounds pretty exciting to me!

Oh, well that could be interesting.

Though I'm anticipating some pretty odd reactions on the train when I'm saying "use hamster on time machine" into my phone.
