Default LA Noire on PCs

I don't know if anyone said it before but seems like it is gonna make it in PCs.

here's an article about it from Rockstar's own site:

I know, I'm super stoked. No release date yet. I know there's no hope for Heavy Rain but I'd really like to see Catherine ported to PC. Well maybe I'll break down and get a PS3 now anyway that people are selling theirs for less than $200.

I should have said definite release date. As long as we get it by December we'll hopefully be able to pick up a copy on Steam for $25 or less since you can buy the PS3 or Xbox 360 new for around $30 this shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

Wow. If this is true, I'll have to take back all my misgivings and fist-wavings against Rockstar and their console-only policy. I shall then proceed to eat my hat.

Rockstar doesn't have a console only policy.

Red Dead Redemption is their only recent game that hasn't had a PC version.

I should've added "regarding L.A. Noire".
I said I was going to eat my hat, what else would you have me do?

not eat it...it hasn't done anything to deserve it.

imagine a scenario where hats gain life and try to take revenge on humans that mistreat them.you'd be one of the first to go out.

It's being released 4th of November here in Sweden, at least preliminary. But I'm hoping it's pretty accurate

Hehe yeah, me and Rockerduck. Or was it Flintheart Glomgold?

Anyway, I'm sorry, Rockstar, for waving my fist against you!
Now, if only Quantic Dream would follow suit...

As I said, it's just a preliminary date set by Webhallen, nothing confirmed, but I'm sure hoping for a fall release. Would be nice with a really good game soon

L.A. Noire was the first reason for me to even think about a console (Heavy Rain is the second one). But I'm a stubborn PC gamer, and this is how it's going to stay. Therefore, this is a good news for me!

I agree, I still wish Heavy Rain would come to PC...but for the moment, we can be thankful that most companies still release things for both.

Appropriately, hats get very mistreated throughout the entirety of LA Noire.
