Default Help with choosing game (big problem)

First of all hello adventure gamers. I hope this forum will be good place for me.
Whole site and forum looks amazing for me tnx to ppl who made all this.

Now my problem

Before 3-5 years i m not really sure but max 5 min 3 years ago me and my girlfriend played best game on this world Named "Scratches" so amazing epic game !!! I cant believe how they made so good game. Story AMAZING!
Game force you to get in like all that is real. Game possessed you. Environment is amazing and most importantly scare you to death but not scare you with stupid horror tricks like blood all around, axes, cut heads and all that stupid things. Games scare you to death on much better way physically and mentally. Still can believe they made so good game. AMAZING!
Also game have so damn good puzzles this game simple have all !!!
The game autmosphere is amazing, it lets you to emerse yourself in a plot perfectly!

Now our problem is to found game close to this one. There were some recommendations but so a good game we failed to find.

So pls anyone who know any game like Scratches pls help us.

There's no blood and guts and gore like so many computer games -
this is pure psychological terror, we want to play something good like that again
Help us adventure gamers.

You could try any of the 3 Darkfall games.

Similar Spooky feel to them.

http://www.darkfallgames.com/

or

The Lost Crown - Ghost hunting game.

Augustin (The talented Forum member behind Scratches) is also developing a new game called Asylum which looks ace.

I'm a big fan of William R. Fisher's games, particularly the last one, The Last Half of Darkness: Tomb of Zojir. The graphics are not the latest or best but miles above most games created by a single guy (especially the backgrounds and things that scuttle and crawl); the atmosphere is consistently creepy and a number of the puzzles are very original.

Well there's the 7th Guest and 11th hour set in an old house, but those are very old.

Also second Barrow Hill, the atmosphere in that game is intense.

I think he means he "seconds" the opinion about Barrow Hill. (Yes, I'm looking forward to Bracken Tor too.)
