Aw crap I totally forgot about this thread cause didn't think I won. Mainly since I haven't actually played MoS yet. To my defence it's on the top of my to play list. Anyway will think of a quote real fast. In the mean time let me give you a hint in advance: it won't be from any of the Secret Files games or Lost Horizon, that would be too easy.

Sorry it took me so long but I had to play through a couple of games before I found a nice quote. Anyway, here goes:

"Hmmm...no both things wouldn't be nice"

It's not Runaway 1 and yes it's a modern game though not very obscure although one might argue that most AGs are.

nope not CoM: The Tree of Life either. The line is spoken by a female character and is part of a joke. One of the few that are in this otherwise serious and sometimes quite depressing adventure.

Actually there are a few jokes in Still Life especially towards the beginning when Victoria walks around on the crime scene. But no that's not the game I meant.

Time for the dead giveaway: the game is partly set in a post apocalytic future.

Correct. When you touch the neonsign Fay says something like it'll crash down making it impossible to reach the other side and trapping Salvador in the library. She is then silent for a while then says no, both thing wouldn't be nice.

Your turn Jawa

Umm. Could it be Deadly Premonition? Kindof an action/adventure, but I thought I remembered something.

No. This is pure point'n click.

Hint: If it wasn't already obvious, this game was mainly aimed at kids.

Ecoquest it is.

From the intro actually, Adam replies this when his father asks him to go outside and play.

Go ahead Kate Me.
