- It's like a party every day. Some days I just don't know how to contain my joy. I get giddy, and the laughter bubbles out of me like a sparkling fountain of mirth and gaiety.

Oh yes, the short pirate barber. I wonder how did he get the name Cutthroat?
Next quote: "Any good house party should include party games. This weekend is no exception"

No one is guessing my quote
Ok here goes the whole qoute "Any good house party should include party games. This weekend is no exception. I have devised several little games of the mind to challenge your wits, and I hope you find the rewards for each to be worth the effort"

ah I've been meaning to try the Agatha Christie games but I wanted to read the books first and I've not gotten around to them yet. I'll have to check if they've been released on kindle

Haven't even played it yet, but I love the story.
Okay, new quote. I don't really feel very creative, so an easy one; "Jump! Jump into the Abyss!"

I know this one... it's from The Longest Journey. Roper Klacks (unseen) is offering words of "encouragement" to April as she attempts to navigate the labyrinth within his floating castle.

Thanks, Fantsie dear. It was almost too easy!
New quote: "NCC1701? That doesn't make any sense." "It would if you were socially awkward, lived in your mother's basement and wore fake, pointy ears." (You get a bonus cookie if you understand the reference. )

I don't have any idea what game this quote is from (let alone the reference), but I like it (and I would probably like that adventure).

A long shot : One of the Sam and Max games?

Nope, not from Sam & Max. This exchange is by the main character and his/her sidekick. This game has quite a few sly, anachronistic references to modern-day pop culture!

I'm pretty sure I've heard this not all too long ago so I'm going to guess Edna & Harvey although I'm not convinced that it is
