Default Forgotten adventures

Forgotten adventures right from mid 90's heydays of ag, if you get a chance to play any of them you'll found quite intriguing, while no real new titles around.
My offerings are:

The Dame was loaded is wonderful! A great game, unfortunately underrated!

My favourite on that list is, by far, Normality. A unique concept & story, full of social criticism, really intuitive interface, awesome graphics for its time, overall a great game.
I also liked The Dame Was Loaded and, if you are into horror games, Dark Seed 2 & Harvester are a must.

Is nemesis a wizardry adventure really an adventure? i haven't played it but its screenshots look too rpg-ish.

God!! I nearly forgot about Harvester. Don't remember the birthday party scene though.

What are these games about? You think I'd like any of them?

The only thing I didn't like about Harvester was the ending.

Spoiler:
You either become an evil assassin or you died stuck in the town.

I played Journey to the Edge and Normality.
Couldn't get past the arcade stuff in Journey, but Normality is great.

Space Bar and The Dame was Loaded are on my searchlist.

I looked up Harvester. It looks pretty cool. Is it an actual adventure, though, or a shooter/fighting game? It's pretty expensive, though, so it'll probably have to wait along with "Discworld" for me to win the lottery and buy it.

I think Nemesis is more action and RPG than adventure.

I've played In the 1st Degree, which was definitely a little over my head back when it was first released. I didn't really like it at the time, but that may have been 'cause I was so young. I did like The Dame Was Loaded, though. It had a Tex Murphy, noir-like vibe to it. Good times.

It is a full-fledged adventure.

Why are the games that I want to play for the 1st time; HArvester, Discworld, Gabriel Knight, so expensive and out of my reach?!

I can't decide if it's a good or bad thing that I've played ten of the twelve games.

Shadoan and Nemesis are the two I haven't played.

Discworld 1 and 2 have been rather expensive for years. But all Gabriel Knight games are affordable on ebay. Just a couple of dollars, with the possible exception of GK1. Have you tried gametz.com?

Well see, I don't really trust ebay. That you have to bid on it, and the site doesn't support you if the sender doesn't send it...it just scares me. I buy my stuff on Amazon.
