Nice merchandise.
I also like how the comic is sort of interactive when you scroll over the boxes. |

*goes back to read comic* Cool. Notice how the comic sez that it´s set at Kilpeck Church, England? In the 12th century in Kilpeck they discovered this: Hmmm, fascinating.

$7.10 for the cheapest form of shipping? They must be out of their mind (though if it was DOTT I would buy it).
Here's the direct link to the merchandise BTW: http://www.telltalegames.com/products?dc=snm Man I feel so guilty for not playing Sam and Max yet. If LucasArts still sold that 3-game adventure pack (discontinued last year) I'd be all over it, even though I already own the other 2 games on CD. |

I'd rather wait for people to sell it on ebay for that price.

I was noticing the shipping prices seemed pretty high when they first put the Bone books up there. I bought some for a Christmas gift for a family member, and was going to buy them from Telltale. But with those shipping prices I just went to Barnes & Noble.

I wish companies would stop using high shipping prices. How can $7.10 be called economy? I know for a fact that it does not cost that much to ship a freaking T-Shirt.
The whole point of it is to make the product price appear lower than they actually want it to be. |

That's why some people charge high shipping prices on eBay, yeah. In this case, though, I doubt Telltale is seeing any money from the shipping. Those prices are probably determined by whoever is handling distribution for them.

^ Yep. I agree with Ebay thing. I've seen people selling a game for 1 cent but charging $19.99 for shipping. It's a total scam. And people fall for it too because they don't pay attention to the shipping price listed in the auction (sometimes it is only shown in fine print).

Well, it's over US$37 UPS International to ship to New Zealand. No economy rates.
Still, on the Telltale Forums, Troy's been alerted to the situation and is looking into it. Quote:

A proper max cost for shipping to Finland from US should be about $15.
The page is saying $36.35, not even UPS costs are that high when I buy stuff from ebay...

Its a bit ironic when you're postage costs more than the item you buy.
