Had a feeling this might have flopped, so I’m glad to be proven wrong.

Too bad, well atleast one of us here bought Hob
Still i wonder if torchlight3 would have been more fruitful for them

I also pre-ordered Hob in support of them. So sad to see them close especially that every game they put out was high quality.

Perfect World Entertainment recently closed the Seattle office of Runic Games as part of the company’s continued strategy to focus on online games as a service.

Yet another knock against single player games.

I liked Hob it’s a great little game.

Shame about Runic.

An adventure game is nothing more than a good story set with engaging puzzles that fit seamlessly in with the story and the characters, and looks and sounds beautiful.

Just saw that Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is out on the PS4 this week. It was exclusive to the XBOX 360 (and PC), so whoever missed it, it’s a great little gem Smile

Housemarque is abandoning shooter arcade types too since both Nexmachina and Matterfall didnt bring in them dollars
If anyone want to grab Mfall its on sale right now

Hi all,

I’m an indie dev and currently working on an 8-bit adventure game called “Lenny and the paranoid android”. I thought this is a good spot to bring it under attention because I am looking for a co-writer to bring this game to life.

You can see a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/SX03WfW

So if you love adventure games but also would love to participate in creating one yourself, here’s your chance Laughing
