So Sony first party looks like,

Crash remaster, Daysgone, Horizon, Detroit, Tlg, Grush2, Gow, Uc4 dlc, Tlou2, Spidey,
DStranding, Spunch title and possibly Miyazaki ActionRpg.

Re7 is multi platform, all first person, set in rural America.
Demo is like Outlast or PT but with AG inventory puzzles.
Free on jap psn
Graphics and voice acting is great.
I dont know how they will strech it as full blown 12 hr game.
Major departure from old style but they can make plenty of shooter gaidens, spinoffs anyway based on RE, as if there arent cooking already.

Gow is great departure too, though it lacks Davidjaffe arcadey combat design finesse, but damn the tech and potential of Norse is best thing ever.
Norse is criminally underused setting.
I always wanted the music to be like this in a Norse setting, was craving for Rune after Skyrim.
Anyone played Rune here, Humanhead had plans to revive it?

Best of E3 showfar, not counting tlg

Dishonored2,
Gow,
Horizon,
Fh3,
Re7.

Best trailers, DeathStranding ,Here they lie and Bound.

Amidst all the noise, Detroit looked weakest, tech wise too, Dcage still cant get better VAs.

Zelda left now.
Hopefully better enemies than plants and trolls.

Edit:

David lynch + kafka VR trip,

Here They Lie,

Superb , the only VR i must play.

About

Spidey,

- Biggest team Insomniac has ever had working on a game
- Most ambitious Marvel game ever made
- It’s been in development for “quite some time”
- It’s not connected at all with the upcoming movie
- It’ll focus on both Peter Parker and Spider-man
- PS4 exclusive and published by SIE
- They aren’t ready to talk about any release timeframe

It’s embarrassing how good the Sony conference was - it didn’t even have to unveil the PS4K.

In 2016, Sony totally understands where we would like gaming to go and Naughty Dog deserves kudos for helping to direct that innovation.

God of War
Horizon Zero Dawn
Kojima’s Darth Streisand
The Last Guardian OUT THIS YEAR
Detroit Become Human

This looks like a good diverse collection of games to play and own.

And the stuff Sony didn’t show was just as fascinating.

Gravity Rush 2 anyone?

Meanwhile, we’ll be getting the WiiU’s swan song in under 10 hours. It will be a staggering contrast.

Played through the RE7 demo.

Very PT like, first person exploring a old house trying to find a way out. Nice little flashback sequences. Has the inventory puzzles of RE which is nice. A few jump scares and lots of disturbing atmosphere.

Wasn’t sure of the RE connection until the end scene.

Overall though it’s not as effect as PT, but great graphics, creepy atmosphere and puzzles could make this a good game.

An adventure game is nothing more than a good story set with engaging puzzles that fit seamlessly in with the story and the characters, and looks and sounds beautiful.

Changing past in tape can affect current timeline, great puzzle mechanic.

Noticed that. Played through it a few times. Got upstair, found an axe weapon and a few other things.

Sony conference was amazing. Probably my biggest surprise and most interesting game from that conference was Insomniac’s Spiderman. I wouldn’t have cared if I didn’t see that Insomniac was the developer. After Ratchet and Sunset Overdrive, the studio is back kicking major butt, and I can’t think of a better developer to handle Spidy than them. The fact that Sony approached them to make this game shows that they truly understand.

God of War looked good but I would like to see more to be fully convinced.

Sony Bend’s new game looks cool, but I wish it didn’t tackle the post appocalypse Zombie thing again. We have reached a zombie fatigue stage I think. Still, it looks like it’s taking a different approach than The Last of Us so we’ll see.

Horizon looks incredible as always. Can’t wait to play it.

It’s nice to see a release date for The Last Guardian. Hope it lives up to all the hype.
Detroit is typical David Cage, and I am a fan so I’m sold.

VR stuff looked ok. They didn’t show much of some of them like the Batman game, so I am wondering if they are a tech demo or a real game.

And then there was the Kojima game,Death Stranding. I have no idea what I was looking at.

Some MIA games, where is Persona 5? It looked incredible last time they showed it but it’s been a while since we heard about it. Also what the hell happened to Rime? Sucker Punch has also been quiet since the last Infamous so what are they working on?

@lucien

Reddead was pulled at last minute, rumors say, it was meant to close the show.
No tlou2 till uc4 dlc, but with Daysgone , imo Ndog should make Savagestarlight.

@Soccerdude

Gow will have great lineup of Nordic characters, bosses etc this lastofus intro is just for story setting.
Batman is 60 min experience, and thats VR underpinnings.
Persona5 is at show major.
Rime is cancelled and now self funded also multi.
Indies at Gamescom.
Kojima will be at conf , all e3s from now on till release in year 2020.

5 mins till Zelda.
Poor ninty with one game.

Damn , Breath of wild looks hilariously bad
These textureless terrains, its not even able to hit Ninokuni on ps3.
NX remaster please.
Only ninty hardcore can digest this shoddy work…

Edit

Nioh E3 Trailer, another demo in August…

Brilliant job…my fav

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Looks like a legit open world adventure with hunting, climbing and environmental manipulation where you can set the grass on fire.

There’s a sense that Nintendo has never developed a game of this scope before.

They’re talking about Pokemon now so I’m checking out.

I’m enjoying the Zelda playthrough. Might not be PS4 graphics, but i like the art style (kinda like Wind Waker). The open world with little backstory concept seems cool.

As a huge zelda fan I want to play it, but I dont have a Wii U so would be more likely to pay it on the NX.

Its like Darksouls Zelda version, which is cool, it looks great zelda fun indeed.
But popins, framerate, textures and other stuff is spoiling experience.
If they can make it 60fps at 1080p on NX, then its all set.
But again buying new console for one game, they need Bge2 and Metroid too

Technically they need to iron much out on wiiu
