Our Verdict:

Simon’s spacefaring adventure never reaches the comic heights of his early successes, but Who’d Even Want Contact? marks one small step in the right direction.

The Good:

  • Appealing cel-shaded graphics full of wonderful animations
  • highly diverse locations to explore
  • intuitive, user-friendly interface and help system
  • dialogue puzzles a welcome break from the norm.

The Bad:

  • Dialogue is rarely funny
  • characters and voiceovers can be weak
  • some puzzle solutions are illogical
  • story feels rushed near the end
  • if we never see Red Riding Hood again, it&rsquo
  • ll be too soon.
