How many people do you have working on a game at a time and do they switich around or do they always work on the same license?

e.g. The Sam & Max team, the Bone team, the CSI team, etc.

We've got about 25 people on staff now, and about a dozen contractors.
There's usually 7-10 people per game, though there are times when the whole studio is focused on one game (to hit a milestone, or when a game is about to ship). So we do have a Bone Team, CSI Team, and Sam&Max team, but the lines are very blurry!
