Max Payne on iOS.

Just released by Rockstar Games today! I've got it on the download as we speak and at £1.99 it's a bargain! God bless Remedy Games for letting them publish it. I bet Rockstar do an amazing Job on Max Payne 3 too because everything they touch is golden in my opinion.

Anyone downloaded it yet? How's the performance and stability on it. GTA 3 run a treat on my 4S so hoping the same for this.

Well since on one has replied I'll give you my first impressions. The frame rate is a little laggy in action scenes and the auto aim is a bit painful. The graphics are beautiful HD and you can see the improvement from the original from the second you open the game. I'm still indecisive wether this port is suitable for iOS devices because it's still early days and I haven't had chance to truly get a grip on the controls. All in all it's been a good trip down memory lane as I remember playing this one on the PC in my pre-teen years.

So there are graphical improvements over the pc version?
