That was also my main complaint. Venom was barely touched on, although he's one of the most favorite villains of a lot of Spidy fans. They should have dedicated a whole movie to Venom.

Dunno if anyone has mentioned this in this 1000+ posts thread, but I highly recommend Mystic River if you haven't seen it. I just love movies with unexpected endings :)
