It's easier in 3D than in 2D, but changing character clothes in a 2D game is a bitch, because unless you simply re-color existing frames of animation, the animators have to redraw all commonly used...

Yes, you can come to an end in Jack Orlando. Both JO and MOTD are poor -very bad, IMO, but hey, Jack has nice graphics. I'd recommend a walkthrough to enjoy it.
