Developer Diaries..
I was wondering if you guys kept any developer diaries throughout the project?
I think they're an excellent way of getting insight into how professional developers work and think Also, are you planning on writing a postmortem on the project later on? |

There are notes, yes. Also some video footage and photos of us ramming our heads into various monitors, crying or yelling at each other.
We will get around to doing something with it. Some day. When I've slept enough. |

Probably much later. I always thought of such things as stress capturers, like where Tobias scribbles in crayon "That Martin - he is looking at me judging me. Must. make. plan. "
Probably not for public consumption... cough, seriously they are great to read -- and give a great deal of insight into how decisions were made, changes implemented and why. How temporary problems came up and how resolved from a technical/design angle. Invaluable as a teaching type tool or for new developers to learn from. |

That would be so cool. I am really getting a sense of Martin's warped humor - with his 'super-secret supersecrets' and his 'Writing down every freakin little detail of a game can be a kind of terror' comments.
