Default Dark Secrets Help Thread

Ok, so I'm trying the demo, and I'm wondering something.
Is there a way to enable Antialiasing? I've tried forcing it through the Nvidia control panel, but it still looks like this:

I was hoping to get rid of all the jaggies, like for example those around the roof of the gas station.

Are you playing on 'Fantastic'?

I started with Fantastic, but I demoted myself to Good, even if I have a GTX 580.

The game uses unity and the antialiasing is done through a postprocess shader. I'm guessing it is only available on Fantastic. :/

I'm hoping in future Unity releases it will allow for in-game advanced graphics manipulation instead of using the basic 'graphical level settings'

I gave Fantastic a go again, and it still looks like this:

the jaggies themselves are kida tolerable on close objects, but they result in horrible Moirè patterns on distant objects, like for example the wooden fence on the left, which flickers like crazy.

Anyone stuck opening the safe?

My character seems to expect me to be a mindreader asking me to figure out "what kind of numbers a man like William would use".

Stuck on the safe too. I have tried all sorts of combinations based on the years on the paintjngs, number of letters on the inscriptions of the paintings, etc, and nothing has worked.

Same. It has to be something to do with the years of the paintings, doesn't it? 3 numbers, 3 paintings.

But then it wouldn't make sense that William says he "forgot the combination" because it's right there in front of him.

No progress Do you have any ideas? I tried adding up the numbers of the paintings years, no luck.

Do you think we missed something outside the basement?

Regarding the safe puzzle. Look at the last 2 digits of the year were each painting was made, the Fables of Calmwood book should help you figure out which order the number goes. Hope that helps!

It's finally open! Thanks. Funny thing is I thought I had tried this combination (among many others). Maybe I pressed the buttons too fast (to go through as many combinations as quickly as possible).
Anyway at last I can continue the game. Thanks again!

The safe is in the office with the paintings in the basement of the museum.

Did Charlie tell you the truth about the bunny? If he did, go back to William. He must be outside the museum. If he isn't there, it may be a bug and you might have to load an earlier save, talk to William again and redo Charlie's interrogation.

Seriously? I got the truth from Charlie and William was still in the museum. I don't have a recent save.

I don't know if I can be bothered with this game any more. So many bugs and the writing is terrible.

Could you possibly upload a save after the bug? If you have one. Thanks.

Unfortunately after realizing that the game is buggy I was saving very often and as the game has only 4 save slots I don't have a save near that point in the game. Sorry...
