Return to Mysterious Island 2 - graphic glitches
Hi,
I am currently playing Return to Mysterious Island 2 and I got some weird graphic glitches - as if every image is "doubled". Scrolling is kind of a "stuttering". Is there some patch that could solve this issue? I am playing with a Geforce 570 GTX and the current nvidia-Driver 280.26. I cannot go back to older drivers before the 500er generation because they won´t work with my sytem. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Greetings, lead |

This is what I found by the power of google
Do you have windows Vista/7, if so try XP compatibility mode. I read on another forum that turning off PhyX GPU Acceleration worked. If that don't work, Open the game directory C: \Program Files\Return to Mysterious Island 2 - Mina's Fate\ (or wherever you installed it) Find & open Config Find "bFullScreen=1" Change the 1 to 0 "bFullScreen=0" It will run in windowed mode Good luck |

thanks for the reply.
However, do you know how to turn off physx? The nvidia-panel gives me only the option between "gpu" and "CPU" (or automatic selection). |

I didn´t want to open a new thread for another problem, so if it is allowed I would post it quickly here: I am having the "clay-problem" (that means I am missing clay later in the game). I installed the according patch and restarted - again one clay was missing. Do there exist savegames that one can use in order to impede the "clay-problem"?
