So I bought this game today and I'm absolutely loving it, especially all the MI references, but I've been stuck on this guard thing for a ridiculous amount of time now. Or I'm just too impatient.
Anyway, I already have the

and I'm guessing I should find some

but no luck. I feel like I'm going in circles trying to talk to everyone and visit every place.
